This 59 minute Yoga practice is a journey through body, mind and breath. The practice starts with pranayam (breathing exercises) followed by Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and a fundamental standing sequence. Hamelin then progresses into a seated sequence where the focus is on forward bending and a relaxed breathing pattern. The lesson ends with a gentle inversion and full body relaxation. The Yoga style used in this practice is Hatha Yoga based and most of the moves flow together in a gentle vinyasa format. This is a fantastic practice for those looking to improve flexibility and poor posture, and it has a soothing effect on mind and breath.
