This workout is a step up from Thighmatics 1. Some exercises are more advanced and part of the workout has more of a barre feel to it. If you are new to Thighmatics, please start with Thighmatics 1 and then progress to Thighmatics 2 once you’ve mastered most of the moves in Thighmatics 1.
