The Model Workout Course 7


The Model Workout includes five sixty minute classes and five ninety minute classes. Each class comes with a strong focus on toning to promote tightening and pulling in of the physique. Shorter bursts of cardio is also included in every class to increase intensity and metabolic rate.

The Model Workout is perfect for anyone because each exercise is done in a timed sequence rather than numbered reps. This means, each participant can go at her/his own pace and therefore get the most out of each move.

All course 7 classes will be delivered directly to your online account for you to stream and download. All classes are yours to keep.
