Sculpt Series

Fusion toning blending mat work, stretching, barre and core training into one flowing routine focusing on toning, tightening, strengthening and stretching the body.

Sculpt comes with a lot of instruction and doesn’t have any background music. All classes have a full body approach which means, you’ll be working arms, shoulders, back, core, glutes, hips and thighs.

Equipment needed for each class: light hand weights (around 2-3lbs), a mat, chair/barre/counter and ankle weights (ankle weights are optional).

Every class is just under an hour. Classes are yours to keep once purchased.
