Sculpt (Deep Toning) Course 4

Sculpt is classic 55-60 minute floor work classes taught by Hamelin. He will be taking you through transformative moves to change, ‘lengthen’, strengthen and visibly sculpt the entire body whilst promoting improved mobility and functionality. The toning sequences are uniquely structured to give you the best meditative flow throughout the entire class.
All classes are yours to keep, and all 10 classes will be uploaded onto your private online workout account. Each class will be released on a week to week basis until all classes are completed.
One thing to bear in mind is that these classes are minimalist classes. Only a mat and a pair of weights are required, sometimes a chair.
