MasterClass Series

A 1 hour and 40-45 minute LIVE master class recorded on the day. Join Hamelin and students on a structured journey through various deep toning sequences and short intervals of high/low impact cardio. This class has it all, from standing arm/shoulder toning to standing barre work to floor work and cardio intervals with weights and no weights. All toning intervals will have a deep activation on the muscles, therefore please work at your own pace and listen to your body. Take breaks whenever needed. For this class you will need a mat, light hand weights around 2-2.5 lbs, ankle weights are optional, you will also need a chair or barre for the standing toning portion. The class has a flowing structure and ends with a thorough full body stretch.
