Inch Loss: Live Class


LIVE model workout via Zoom. Transformation inch loss training taught in personal training format by Hamelin. Log on, sweat, tighten and transform day after day with this unique LIVE offer during Covid-19.

New circuit every day, all exercises will target your abs, waist, hips, glutes and thighs whilst tightening and leaning out the rest of your body. Have a mat, light hand weights, ankle weights (optional) and a chair nearby for your workout.

Sunday 29 March, 12pm and 5pm GMT
