Inch Loss course 6


After having completed Inch Loss course 1 and 2, please progress to Inch Loss course 6. In this unique course you get to workout at a shorter time frame (around 65-75 minutes per class) plus you get a total of 7 classes. The intensity is slightly higher in this class. The mat work is deeper and more targeted and the cardio is of higher intensity as well as impact. You will need a mat and hand weights for this course – ankle weights can also be added as a personal preference.
