Around 90 minutes of targeted training to lean out, tighten, accelerate weight loss and max up the metabolism. This class has 45-50 minutes of sweaty cardio which includes weighted CardioTone as well as high low aerobics (which can EASILY be modified to low impact), recently these two formats have been taught in an interval format alternating between the two for up to 50 minutes. This is then followed by a standing barre sequence working arms and shoulders, waist and thighs. Class ends with high repetition floor work and stretching.
