Inch Loss Course 1


Almost 80 minutes of targeted inch loss interval training blending tightening toning exercises with athletic floor cardio to give you the most refined results whilst contouring and strengthening the physique. Only a mat is needed for this series. Course 1 comes with 6 inch loss classes, and each class is around 80 minutes in length. You can stream and download each workout, and you can easily do the training in the comfort of your own home. Once purchased, the course is your to keep.

Each class is to be done 3-6 times per week before moving on to the next class. Make sure to have at least 1 complete rest day per week.
