The workout starts with warm up and low impact cardio tone using very light hand weights for 25 minutes followed by a 5 min low impact in higher intensity segment. The workout then switches to straight up high impact for the remaining 3 songs (total of 15 minutes) and ends with a very brief stretch. The high impact segment can easily be modified to low impact. This workout suited for beginners as well as the experienced exerciser. Get in shape, drop body fat and see visible inch loss with this cardio workout. Use it between 2-4 times per week.
