Deep Toning course 1


Fusion toning blending mat work, stretching, barre and core training into one flowing routine focusing on toning, tightening, strengthening and stretching the body.

Class 1 and 2 have more of a gentle but progressive approach. Class 3 onwards sets the tone for the rest of course 1. Lots of deep but balanced toning work for hips and thighs to promote a leaner and tighter shape. Each class starts with a warm up which then leads into various toning segments such as mat work and barre training.

Deep Toning course 1 comes with a lot of instruction and doesn’t have any background music. All classes have a full body approach which means, you’ll be working arms, shoulders, back, core, glutes, hips and thighs.

Equipment needed for each class: light hand weights (around 2-3lbs), a mat, chair/barre/counter and ankle weights (ankle weights are optional).

Every deep toning class is just under an hour. Classes are yours to keep once purchased.
