Deep Series course 7 will include 5 DEEP toning classes and 5 Performance CIRCUIT classes.
DEEP toning is ideal for deeply targeted toning of abs, waist, hips, thighs and glutes.
Performance CIRCUIT is a conditioning based performance circuit class with a more athletic approach. All exercises will assist in inch loss and leaning out.
