Welcome to our newest Absmatics 2.

A 56 minute sequence that Hamelin has previously used exclusively for his model clients at his gym. This unique sequence will deeply target and tighten your abs and waist whilst promoting a stronger core for functional strength and improved posture.

Absmatics 2 includes warm up and post workout stretches.

Equipment needed: Light hand weights, a mat and gliders.

For ‘model’ abs and a more pulled in mid section, do this workout 3 times per week or find your favorite Absmatics moves and add them onto your daily workout routine.
